Associations between rumination, SCI, presenteeism, and SWB. The path analysis shows the associations between rumination, SCI, presenteeism, and SWB in 458 adult workers. Direct standardized path coefficients are represented by the values beside the arrows. The strength of the direct effect is demonstrated by the width of the line. Rumination was measured by the RRS score, SCI was measured by the COBRA score, presenteeism was measured by the WLQ work productivity loss score, and SWB was measured by the SUBI well-being score.
