Chronological changes in subjective physical symptoms scores preoperation, post 3 and 6 months operation. Scores were reversed for items 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. High symptom score was unified to show poor condition. Compared with preoperation * p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001. Compared with post 3 month operation † p < 0.05, †† p < 0.01, †††p < 0.001. Subjective physical symptoms at postoperative month 3 were worse compared with preoperatively, but many of the symptoms showed improvement at postoperative month 6
